LogixLab LLC operates http://www.wordlabweb.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information (name only)  for creating logins and identifying students and schools. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy

Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we ask students to provide us with their name to register for a login id.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).  This data is only used to resolve errors.

Communications

We do not contact students.  If problems exist in the system, we work with teachers or school administration.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies to pass temporary information such as time on the system. If you do not accept cookies, the system will malfunction.

Data Retention.

All student data from the prior year is removed at the start of each new school year.

When a teacher specifically requests data be retained because a student is using the system for multiple years, we will work with the teacher to advise them on the best way to meet their needs (often retaining login credentials for the student but removing the study data).

We also, periodically, de-identify (remove name information) from a set of student data for testing or demonstration purposes.

Data accessibility.

All student data may be viewed by students, teachers and parents in the student reports available in the reports section of the student site. Should there be any inaccuracies, they can be remedied by submitting a request to carla@logixlab.com.

Successor Entities and Third-Parties.

LogixLab LLC does not share student data with any successor entities or third parties.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
